The project is about revitalising a suburban neighbourhood just outside of Olso. The ground floor level houses public functions: stores, healthcare services, restaurants and offices. They are situated along the already existing traffic- and pedestrian artery, the metrostation and the underground parking garage. The upper floors are rising in a stagewise manner, creating spacious balconies and terraces for the appartments. Together these elements inhabit the characteristics to create new dynamic in an old sub-centre.
